My Husband and I recently stayed here for a 3 night birthday getaway. Our experience was fantastic. We were warmly greeted, given a tour of the hotel and Spa, and offered drinks and snacks upon arrival. We were instantly relaxed after a long day of travel. My husband and I still talk about the delicious dinner prepared by chef Andrea. The breakfast served every morning was just as luxurious. Miriam makes the best cappuccinos. The rooms were beautiful and had everything we needed. The spa was soothing and so relaxing. We loved having drinks on the patio. While everything was immaculate, it was the fantastic staff that made our trip wonderful. Miriam was so welcoming and helpful, always happy to help answer questions and give recommendations. We loved our conversations with everyone and hope to be back one day.

Struttura molto curata e accogliente, posizione ottimale sia d’estate sia d’inverno. Siamo stati a pranzo in agosto ed è andata abbastanza bene mangiando dei primi. Non possiamo dire lo stesso per la cena della scorsa settimana. Un’attesa di mezz’ora prima delle ordinazioni (2 camerieri e sala piena), la tagliata era immangiabile ed è stata restituita intatta, il piatto di verdure (inteso come secondo) molto scarso e in proporzione troppo costoso. Buona la cotoletta di vitello con le patatine fritte. Il millefoglie sembrava finto. Nel conto, hanno fatto un piccolo sconto per l tagliata non mangiata ….ci saremmo aspettati la decurtazione totale. Nota di merito al giovane cameriere che ha comunque saputo gestire l’inconveniente in modo professionale e gentile.

Struttura con posizione invidiabile in mezzo i campi da golf e con vista spettacolare, fin qui tt ok.. Camera vecchia, sporchissima!! tutte senza aria condizionata in agosto, acqua in bagno.. non pervenuta, per lavarsi servono circa 40 minuti , risposte delle ragazze.. " purtroppo se vi lavate tutto assieme non possiamo garantire che ci sia per Tutti e poi ad asiago c sono 70000 turisti... Risposte dello staff imbarazzanti e fuori luogo.. Servizio pessimo. Credo che i titolari debbano riflettere e se vogliono farsi pagare come un 5 stelle, devono dare servizio e mettere mani al portafoglio per tutti i disguidi.. 3 persone nello staff, che fanno : Colazioni Receptionist Pulizia camere No comment

E' un hotel meraviglioso, dove l'attenzione di tutto il personale ti fa sentire come a casa. Tutto l'arredamento è particolarmente ricercato sia all'interno che all'esterno verso il campo da golf, che sembra proprio una estensione del giardino dell'albergo. Se si ama giocare a golf credo non esista una scelta migliore.

Avevo prenotato due stanze per due notti, leggendo che era appena stato ristrutturato, non abbiamo utilizzato la prenotazione buttando la cauzione perché’ l’albergo no ha aria condizionata. Nella prima stanza una superior sottotetto c’erano 27 gradi, nell altra uno di meno, ad altra parte l’hotel e’ in mezzo ai campi sulla cima della collina e quindo soleggiato sino al tramonto, a fronte delle nostre osservazioni ci hanno detto che tarda sera , quindi dopo cena iil calore sarebbe diminuito. Peccato che non abbiano fatto una piscina visto che ‘ sicuramente il piu’ caldo hotel di asiago.trovato latro hotel con aria condizionata , appena ristrutturato ed in paese, hotel pennar.

Personale cortese e preparato disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, ambiente arredato molto bene, spa piccolina ma completa, pulita e riservata. La Junior Suite in cui abbiamo soggiornato era pulita e con un ottima vista sui campi da golf. Sfortunatamente non ho avuto modo di cenare lì ma sarà sicuramente un pretesto per ritornarci.

Soggiorno veramente rilassante in un atmosfera di casa come accoglienza ,ma nel contempo raffinata e mai invasiva , arredi tovagliato e oggetti davvero di alta classe ma senza farti sentire “ ingessato “ . Posizione meravigliosa nella natura silenziosa e comoda per tutto , colazione ottima e varia , attenzione e discrezione del personale top anche nei confronti dei bambini. Spa piccola ma completa e pulita .Cena di alto livello sempre . Insomma non è stato possibile trovare un difetto !! Consigliatissimo davvero !
